Vinschgerl Bread

The Vinschgerl Bread, also known as Vinschger Paarl, is a traditional bread from the Vinschgau Valley. It is a mixed rye bread flavored with fennel and cumin spices, made without preservatives. Thanks to modern packaging technology, the bread stays fresh for a longer time. Vinschgerle is especially delicious with bacon and cheese or as a Bauerntoast

Directions for use:
Bake the bread without packaging for 5 min. at 200 °C.
